Drew Schilling
Owner, Certified Lighting Consultant
Montana native Drew Schilling embarked on the adventure of small business ownership by purchasing Western Montana Lighting in 2015. Through hard work and determination, she has been able to continue the legacy of outstanding customer service and class that Western Montana Lighting is known for. With a background in Interior Design and Design Management she has been able to pave the way for fantastic growth opportunities and untapped potential in the beautiful state of Montana and beyond. While she loves being a local business owner, that does not stop her from dedicating time to her clients to design unforgettable custom lighting packages. There is absolutely no aspect of Western Montana Lighting that does not reflect her unique and exquisite style.
Amanda Ingram
Certified Lighting Consultant
Amanda has been with Western Montana Lighting since 2019. She was a welcome addition having already worked in the building industry for three years. She brings with her a background in interior design with an emphasis on sustainability. She enjoys all projects from simple builder homes to complex custom projects. Her patience and attention to detail has served her well when it comes to finding unique, quality products for the spectacular custom homes she has been a part of. She is an exceptional member of the team who truly brings an experienced eye to every project.
Lindsay Robbins
Accounting, Purchasing and Warehouse Receiving
Lindsay joined our team in April of 2026. She brings with her a plethora of experience across many fields, making her the perfect fit for this position. She takes great care to make sure we stay on track with product ordering and receiving. She is the bright and friendly voice you will hear when your product arrives here at the store. She is here to help if you ever have questions about your invoices or status of orders. When she is not at the store keeping everything behind the scenes flowing smoothly, she is running her non-profit animal sanctuary The Nonsense Ranch, though Lindsay is no-nonsense when it comes to her work ethic and determination to keep Western Montana Lighting on track.
Carolyn McLeod
Sales Associate
Carolyn joined Western Montana Lighting in March of 2026. A native Missoulian, she has been a perfect fit here already having deep ties in our community. She has a strong background in construction design dating back to 2020. Her welcoming personality and love for lighting design makes her a true asset here at the store. She is determined to ensure you get the highest customer service and prides herself on being a bridge that connects people to what they need. In addition to her work here she also assists many of our builders with designs for spec homes. Carolyn has great passion for this industry it shows in her quality of work and her thirst to always be learning the latest information in this ever-evolving industry.
Bill Robinson
Delivery and Repair Department
Bill joined the Western Montana Lighting team in 2021. Integral to the flow and function here, Bill is responsible for making deliveries in and out of town. When he is not out on deliveries, he is responsible for our repair department. From lamp tune ups to switch and socket replacements, he makes sure to keep your lights on. While he spends most of his time in the warehouse or on the road, he is always bringing smiles and laughter to the team here at WML.
Mali
Director of “Fur”st Impressions
Mali joined Western Montana Lighting in 2015. She is the fluffy face and wagging tail that greets you as you enter the store. She loves belly rubs and sometimes she will even do a little dance to light up your day! She is the official mascot of Western Montana Lighting, and we all feel so lucky to get to spend every day with her!
